At Nala's Baby, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unopened products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your return label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
